Kunal Sen paints an artistic picture of Lake Michigan

The author of ‘Bondhu’ captured a cinematic scenery that you can’t miss marvelling at

Kunal Sen, who has recently turned into an author penning Bondhu, a book on his father and filmmaker Mrinal Sen, is also a practising visual artist. Sen, who works as the Global Chief Information Officer at Encyclopaedia Britannica, often shares glimpses of his artworks or glimmers that catch the eye and the imagination of the artist. He recently took to social media posting a video of Lake Michigan, which looks straight out of a film — and captioned, “When the “warm” (+2C) waters of Lake Michigan meets the -25C air, before a sheet of ice forms”.

It’s time you take inspiration from Sen and live the popular phrase ‘a thing of beauty is a joy forever’, and cherish those little moments that make you pause and marvel. Won’t that be a wonderful habit to celebrate life?
