Digital artist Gokul Pillai developed alternate versions of the characters with AI

If your heart skips a beat every time something remotely related to the Potterverse happens, you need to see digital artist Gokul Pillai’s homage to the franchise.

Pillai’s used AI to create a unique crossover of the most iconic faces from the Harry Potter films, and alternate versions of themselves on the holy banks of Varanasi. The pictures don’t just comprise a gamchha-clad Harry, but a rudraksha-wielding Dobby, Snape who dons a shawl and a sadhu-esq Dumbledore. The pictures look right out of his own imagined spin-off, Harry Potter and the Mystical Ghats of Varanasi!
