As Sourav Ganguly turns 52, wishes pour in!

Apart from wife Dona, former teammates Manoj Tiwary and Virender Sehwag also penned birthday posts

July 8 is always a special day for Bengal, being the birthday of one of its most treasured sons. Wishes poured in on Instagram as Sourav Ganguly aka Dada turned 52 today. One of the first to wish him was wife Dona, who shared a cute picture of the duo with a birthday cake. Apart from her, the former India captain and BCCI President also received wishes from his teammates, Virender Sehwag and Manoj Tiwary. The wishes are extra special, as Dada is known to have mentored both these cricketers towards the start of their careers, even nudging Sehwag to go from a middle-order batter to the destructive opener that the world knows him as today. My Kolkata wishes the ‘Prince of Calcutta’ a lovely year ahead!
