This rakhi by Phool is not only for gifting but also for planting

Phool, an environment-friendly startup, recently launched their latest rakhi collection, made with plantable materials. What caught our eye the most was the Phool Suryamukhi Plantable Rakhi, which has the motif of a sunflower. Carefully crafted from 100% pure cotton and naturally dyed, it holds Amaranthus, Purslane, and Basil seeds in its tassels. The sunflower centrepiece also features Roselle seeds, all organically sourced from local growers. While the brand is known for crafting their products from temple flowers, our anticipation for sustainability was met with an added delight – the vibrant touch it lends to one’s sibling on Raksha Bandhan is truly heartwarming.
