Salsawala Studios celebrates 8th anniversary with free dance session and more

Music and fun for all at Kolkata’s favourite dance haven

Over the past eight years, Salsawala Studios has become a haven for the city’s dancers, introducing Kolkatans to the joy of international dance forms like salsa, merengue, zumba and kizomba. 

Its founders, Hitesh H. Teckchandani and Priyam Bose, are planning an epic celebration for their 8th anniversary, right where it started. Salsawala Studios will be hosting a Salsa and Merengue session at Rabindra Sarobar Lake, from 7am to 9am today, which is free and open to all, irrespective of their proficiency with the dance form. 

So, put on your dancing shoes to enjoy a fun morning workout with some music — and a whole lot of dance!
