The Bollywood star’s yoga trainer reveals how exercise kept the actress strong throughout pregnancy

All through her pregnancy, the actress remained committed to practicing prenatal yoga — as instructed by her yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani, in a heartfelt Instagram post. Parwani expressed her pride in guiding Deepika through the nine-month journey, praising her commitment, positivity and trust in the process. She emphasised how yoga played a crucial role in Deepika’s physical and mental preparation for childbirth, adding that it is known to support quicker postpartum recovery and overall well-being during pregnancy.
