British Rock Band Coldplay has announced their highly-anticipated 10th studio album, Moon Music, slated for release on October 4. Produced by Max Martin, known for working with stars like Britney Spears and Taylor Swift, the album marks Coldplay’s first release since 2021’s Music of the Spheres. The first single, Feels Like I’m Falling in Love, will debut today, and pre-orders are available online, including a limited hand-signed edition.

In line with their commitment to environmental sustainability, Coldplay has integrated groundbreaking eco-friendly measures into the release of Moon Music. The album will be available as the world’s first 140g EcoRecord LP, crafted from nine recycled PET plastic bottles, and as a Notebook Edition EcoRecord LP, which includes 70% river plastic intercepted by The Ocean Cleanup. Additionally, the CD editions will debut as EcoCDs, made from 90% recycled polycarbonate. These efforts significantly reduce CO2 emissions and prevent the manufacture of over 30 metric ton of virgin plastic, showcasing the band’s dedication to reducing their environmental footprint.

So, not only will Coldplay fans get new music, but they’ll also be supporting environmental sustainability with every hard copy.
