Get ready to experience culinary wonders, as Gormei returns with their tables at the Glenburn Penthouse. Chefs Shubhra Shankhwalker, Ammar Molki and Jasleen Marwah are going to take you on an extraordinary journey of flavours and tastes. Bringing in the magic of monsoon from Goa, on July 26 and 27, chef Shubhra Shankhwalker will be presenting a Goan saraswat feast. Expect age-old coastal delicacies and monsoon specials like Hog Plum Curry, Colacassia in Coconut Masala, Wild Mushroom Xacuti, Lady Fish Curry, Clam Sukka, Mutton Shaguti and more in a five-course tasting menu, paired with spirits and Feni cocktails. Meanwhile, chef Ammar Molki is going to present The Mediterranean Table featuring a Lebanese degustation menu on August 23 and 24.
