By popular demand Park Street’s Burma Burma is bringing back its beloved dessert, the Rangoon Baked Milk. The tea room and diner introduced a new dessert menu recently, curated by Vinesh Johnny and Prathana Narang which included modernist delicacies like a tiered Triple Decker Cream and Crunch and Saffron and Samuza Cheesecake. The Rangoon Baked Milk, however, was a part of its original menu and enjoys a cult appeal among Kolkatans.

The Rangoon Baked Milk is made with house-baked milk made with vanilla whipped ganache and raspberry gel, and also has fried brioche that adds a lot of nuance to its profile. It’s simple, elegant and nostalgic. And it’s back on the diner’s menu in case you’re craving a dessert binge this Sunday.
