Rolls are a quintessential part of Kolkata street food and Kusum Roll’s has been around since 1971. Yes, it’s still a takeaway counter and we never get tired of queuing up! Sometimes you know exactly what you need and an age-old recipe is enough to satisfy the palate. We might opt for healthy chicken rolls regularly, but a well-fried paratha lined with a fluffy egg always hits the sweet spot. Double egg, double chicken or mutton, add a dash of lime and some chilli, and you’ll be taken back by decades.
