Jabbrr Afghani does a twist on the Kolkata-style kathi roll

This one’s an offbeat offering — a kathi roll stuffed with skewer-roasted kebabs and a layer of cheese. Jabbrr Afghani, the little eatery just a stone’s throw away from City Centre 1, serves a Double Chicken and Cheese Roll which brings together spicy chicken kebabs, grated cheese, a briny onion salad and a dash of lime to make the most decadent roll. You’d think cheese and chicken kebabs are an unusual combination and would’t work together, but their flavours tango beautifully.
