Ho Chi Minh Sarani Road’s Italian eatery introduces a rotating menu, promising a fortnightly feast

Sorano on Ho Chi Minh Sarani Road is spicing things up with a new menu every two weeks, adding a creative twist to your dining experience. The menu will not only include new and unique dishes but will also change every 15 days. This menu will be an addition to the original menu where two to three appetisers, one pasta and a dessert will keep changing. 

Imagine enjoying the ‘Girasoli’ Quattro Formaggio — a sunflower-shaped pasta filled with Fontal, Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Parmesan. From Spiced Lamb Arancini to Fennel and Citrus Salad, Sorano is all about delicious surprises.

There’s no set end date for this special menu, keeping guests excited for their next visit. So, get ready for a delightful food journey that constantly redefines ordinary dining. Sorano’s bi-weekly menu offers a variety of flavours, inviting you to savour the ever-changing excellence of Italian cuisine.
