Sea-food lovers, take note. Ming Room by Trincas has a Crispy Chilli Squid on offer that masterfully marries sweet with spice. Similar to this heritage eatery’s Crispy Chilli Babycorn, the squid offering has a crisp, crunchy exterior and a spongy centre, all smothered in a mix of green chillies, garlic and red onions. “We wanted to give our seafood menu a new twist, so we added the squid. The menu at Ming Room by Trincas recently got revamped and this is one of the most appetising additions,” says the third-generation restaurateur Anand Puri. The squid is locally sourced and always fresh. Dig in!
