What's summer without mangoes? Paying tribute to her favourite fruit, MasterChef Dyuti Banerjee is back with another delightful menu at Amar Khamar’s Annaja. An ultimate answer to a mango lover's cravings, the pop-up features a 9-course experience menu, a 7-course tasting menu and small bites. If you want to taste all-things mango, go for the experience menu that has some innovative dishes like Aamshotto Ceviche Roll with spicy cream sauce, Aam-Moody—a platter of congee and Amodi fish crisps, fruity fermented brew and Tok Dal Pasta. The 7-course and small bites menus have a few select dishes from the Experience menu.
