Rejoice! Karim’s Hatibagan hosts Jashn-e-Biryani till Feb 26

Sample eight types of biryani all under one roof at Karim’s Jashn-e-Biryani festival. This brand is much-loved and comes all the way from Jama Masjid, Delhi-6, so you know the biryani is truly authentic. This biryani festival is being hosted at their Hatibagan outlet to bring diverse biryani cultures from different parts of India to the table. Each biryani is more exquisite than the last and is definitely worth the try! 

They have Goan Prawn Biryani served in coconut shells to Matka Biryani, where the biryani is slowly cooked in clay pots. They also have Kashmiri Yakhani Pulao, Kabuli Pulao, Awadhi Biryani, Hyderabadi Biryani, Kachhi Biryani, and even llish Biryani. 

“The festival is a celebration of this iconic delicacy, bringing together some of the finest local and regional biryani recipes under one roof. The festival will feature an array of biryanis, each carefully crafted by our expert chefs, using the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques,” said Sumit and Souradeep Paul, owners of Hatibagan Karim’s.

The festival is on till February 26.
