Taste the delicious dishes from Kottayam at The Westin’s Spices Fiesta Kottayam Food Festival. The food festival brings forth the culinary and cultural heritage of Kerala and has unique delectables like Appam and Stew, Idiyappam and Crab Masala, Chemmeen Kari, Malabar Parathas and Kozhi Chuttathu. The buffet also has the Traditional Kerala Sadhya with Pink Boiled Rice along with Thoran, Olan, Upperi, Pappadam, Puli Inji, Pickles and Payasam on a plantain leaf.
