For your next kebab cravings you bookmark the Ministry of Kebabs. Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences has recently launched its newest addition Ministry of Kebabs (MOK) with a pledge to offer authentic kebabs. The kebabs at MOK are prepared following the traditional methods of cooking that involve the Tawa, Tandoor and Sigri. These age-old methods are used to make the most tender and juicy kebabs. The restaurant is also serving aromatic rice preparations like biryani and Tehri accompanied by a signature dal. Headed by Executive Sous Chef Sirajul Rahaman, MOK serves both veg and non-veg kebabs like Rajma Galawati to Chicken Kalmi Kebabs.
