Taste Hard Rock Cafe’s five trademark burgers from around the world
The burgers participating in the World Burger Tour competition are now available at the Kolkata outlet!
To celebrate the international founder's day of Hard Rock Cafe, a World Burger Tour competition is being held by the chain. The competition features five culturally inspired burgers on the menu from Hard Rock Cafe across the globe. This limited edition menu will last till September 2 and amongst the five burgers, only one will make it to the global menu! The competition started off with 150+ entries from HRC chefs and it is now down to the final 5. These burgers are available at the Hard Rock Cafe outlets across the world for customers to try. The top five burgers are now in Kolkata. They are:
- Bengaluru, India: 7 oz steak burger with American cheese, sweet and spicy pickled mayo, black bean corn salsa, roasted jalapeno, guacamole and shredded lettuce
- Bucharest, Romania: 7 oz steak burger with garlic horseradish aioli, marinated camembert cheese, tomato, smoked shoestring onions, frisee lettuce and red wine cranberry jam
- Gramado, Brazil: 7 oz steak burger with garlic aioli, crispy mozzarella cheese fritte and whiskey bacon jam
- Kathmandu, Nepal: It has wo smashed and stacked burger patties, sweet chili mayo, provolone cheese, caramelized onions, avocado and tomato zucchini slaw
- Pittsburgh, USA: This comes with two smashed and stacked burger patties, Legendary sauce, smoked bacon, pickles, beer cheese sauce, whiskey bacon jam, American cheese and French fries
