With a traditional European Christmas buffet, start off with sparkling and mulled wine to get into the festive mood before nibbling on crispy chicken croquettes, lamb and rosemary sausage rolls and cheddar, onion and walnut tartlets. The second part of the buffet will definitely have you asking for more, with dishes like pork and apple pie, sliced meats and ham platter, smoked salmon, devilled eggs and more.

Once you've indulged in the cold buffet, the cream of celery soup with herb sippets and pickled walnuts is a must before heading for the hot buffet. From roast turkey with stuffing and hot gravy to classic beef Wellington, roast pork belly with crackling and apple cider sauce, and vegetarian options like nutty vegetable roast and root vegetable and cottage cheese lasagna — there's something for everyone to relish.
