Exploring Kolkata’s history through its food, vlogger Gauss Bazaz delves into the city’s most popular items

Kolkata is known for its exceptional food, which reflects the rich blend of cultural heritage and flavour. Gauss Bazaz, who goes by the name Spiceler on Instagram recently shared a food vlog where he sampled 40 delicacies in 16 hours. He started his morning with kochuri and mishti for breakfast at Adi Haridas Modak, enjoyed multiple cups of tea while exploring the gullies of north Kolkata, and savoured a bowl of piping hot khashir ghoogni.
