Are you a big fan of north Indian cuisine? Worry not! Chef Sweety Singh is coming to the city with his exquisite curries and tandoori recipes. The celebrity chef will be at Rendezvous by AltAir, whipping up flavours of Delhi. The event named ‘Dilli Ka Swad’ will feature an a la carte menu and you can expect vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters like Achari Soya Chap, Highway Paneer Tikka, Meat De Seekh Kebab, Tandoori Lal Mirch Ka Chicken and more. For the main course try Maa Di Dal Makhani, Saarso Ka Saag with Maki Ki Roti, Butter Chicken, Amritsari Meat and other delicacies with Aloo Kulcha, Butter Naan and Lachha Paratha. Quench your thirst with Jeera Chaas or Kesari Lassi. End the meal with a Kesar Badam Kheer or hot-north favourite Gulab Jamun.
