This monsoon, the restaurant chain is celebrating its 13th edition of the Oriental Seafood Festival, featuring over 22 mouthwatering dishes. The menu includes exotic offerings inspired by Malaysian Port Klang, Foo Young preparations and Fung Cheow, alongside Chowman’s in-house special dishes.

Start with delicious soups and starters like Seafood Wonton Soup, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Thai Fish Cake, Stir-fried Octopus in Tobanjan sauce and Kolkata-style Chilli Octopus. For the main course, enjoy Kolkata-style Seafood Rice, Prawn Chahan Rice or Butter Garlic Seafood Noodles paired with Fung Cheow Pomfret, Kung Pao Style Lobster or Octopus in Chilli basil sauce.
