Celebrate Rath Yatra with Odia flavours of Goppoburir Henshel

From Kanika to Manso Jhola — the cloud kitchen has special dishes of Odisha on the menu this time

This Rath Yatra, get transported to Odisha. Goppoburir Henshel, a cloud kitchen in Kolkata, has come up with a special Odia pop-out menu, ‘Utkal Express’. The Sunday special menu will be delivered on the day of Rath Yatra, which falls on July 7 this year. The menu features four dishes from the land of Lord Jagannath. The first one on the menu is Kanika, which is a sweet pulao, much similar to Bengali Basanti Pulao. It has raisins and nuts and is often served as a bhog to Lord Jagannath. Next is Besara, which is a fish preparation cooked in mustard and curd gravy, garnished with fresh coriander. For prawn lovers, there is Chingadi Churchura which is mashed prawn with coconut and fried lentil. Meat lovers can enjoy Mansor Jhola, an Odia-style mutton curry cooked with potatoes. The menu is available for home delivery and needs to be pre-booked.
