Vikas Khanna charms Boman Irani with his culinary magic

The celebrity chef hosted the Bollywood actor at his restaurant, Bungalow, in New York City

Boman Irani is in the US to attend the premiere of The Mehta Boys at the Chicago South Asian Film Festival. During his trip, the actor, along with his wife Zenobia Irani and their companions, stopped by Vikas Khanna’s fine-dining restaurant, Bungalow, in New York City. In a reel he posted, Boman Irani shared a glimpse of the food served and chef Vikas Khanna’s dedication to his creations and customers. Khanna opened Bungalow in 2024, inspired by India’s vintage clubhouses. The New York Times recently included Bungalow in its list of the top 50 restaurants in North America for 2024. The chef describes it as his last innings in the hospitality sector. The menu features dishes from various states of India, including Banarasi Poori, Lamb Shank Nihari, Amritsari Chole, Chicken Biryani, and more.
