Yummy! Babu Culture is set to launch three new Pujo Thalis

The menu includes both ‘aamish’ and ‘niramish’ dishes

This Pujo, Babu Culture brings forth a delectable selection of three shareable thalis, perfect for both voracious appetites and their dainty dining companions. Offering a tantalising array of dishes in both amish and niramish styles, this Bengali culinary haven presents a Veg Thali, a Non-Veg Thali featuring succulent Pabda, and another Non-Veg Thali showcasing the exquisite Ilish.

Each of these thalis includes a symphony of flavours with Aam Pudina Sharbat, Gondhoraj Lebu O Lanka, Beguni, Luchi, Motorshuti Diye Aloo Dom, Chanar Kofta, Basmati Chaler Bhaat, Raj Nandini Polao, Modhu Diye Tomato Khejur Chutney, Papad, Sandesh, Kamala Bhog, and Paan. The Veg Thali, however, offers additional delights with Chanar Chop, Rajsahi Potol, Phool Kopi Roast, Dhokar Dalna, and more.

For non-vegetarian aficionados, the thalis boast Rajsahi Chingri and the indulgent Kosha Mangsho, while the Hilsa Thali introduces the enchanting Shorshe Ilish, and the Pabda Thali tempts with Sojnekhali Pabda Jhaal.

We are eagerly looking forward to savouring these shareable thalis, ready to while away the entire day in gastronomic bliss. And it seems that this sentiment is reciprocated by actor Saheb Chatterjee as well.
