ALTAIR is expanding its impeccable scale of culinary offerings with Rendezvous, a restaurant serving progressive modern Indian food. The eatery will break all preconceptions around Indian gastronomy by presenting a contemporary interpretation of Indian cuisine, where traditional recipes are infused with global inspirations. The menu boasts of an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options like Chana Hummus - Nitro Bhel, Kheema Bhatura Chaat, Calabrian Pork Belly Kulcha, Desi Shakari Haleem, Rajwada Kofta and Cheese Kadi, to name a few.
