The mixologists at this Kolkata pub have travelled across the country to gather inspiration for their unique cocktails, blending classic sips with Indian flavours. Try innovative creations like Rabri Gram, Blood Less Mary, Himalayan Spice Journey, Bengal G&T, Kachari Bazar, Bangalore Blue Elixir, Khari Baoli and more. Each cocktail highlights a hero flavour that represents the uniqueness of India. For example, Rabri Gram, inspired by Bengal's favourite dessert, combines whiskey clarified with Rabri for a creamy essence, enhanced with cardamom tincture and topped with orange jello. Similarly, Kachari Bazar blends guava juice and kasundi with a tequila base, inspired by Bengal's nostalgic peyara makha. There are 11 such cocktails for you to try. So, hurry!
