Park Street’s Olterra pays homage to the rich culture of Bengal with a delightful classic sip

Park Street’s Olterra is reviving the magic of an old favourite — Gondhoraj Ghol. A delightful combination of buttermilk, gondhoraj lebu with a touch of sugar, the Gondhoraj Ghol is really a refreshing cocktail. The restobar takes things a notch higher by adding a beautiful gondhoraj perfume, and kucho nimki, which adds a dash of salt and crunch. Served in a chilled martini glass with vodka as the base alcohol and crunchy cheeselings on the side, the drink hits all the five senses! “We like to call this drink a classic ‘Aparijito’,” said Subhobrata Majumder, the in-house bartender and the brain behind this concoction. 

The Greek-themed restaurant currently has an ‘In Search of Bengal’ cocktail menu on offer that pays homage to the rich culture of Bengal with a menu of classic sips!
