As the November chill sets in, Monkey Bar beckons food enthusiasts on a gastronomic journey with the launch of their new menu, ‘Tales of India’. Collaborating with group head mixologist Harish Chhimwal, corporate chef Irfan Pabaney, and chef Sumit Choudhary, the menu is a celebration of Indian culinary traditions and regional ingredients. Indulge in a delightful array of small plates, featuring dishes such as Baked Mirchi Salan, Mix Veggie Cutlet, Shroom Tikka with Sikkim’s Churu Cheese Dip, and Kerala Roast Chicken. Complementing these culinary delights are inventive cocktails like Pom Pom Cola, Rum Cha, Murabba Mule, and Hustle Rani. So, unleash your taste buds on a sensory exploration of India, one plate and sip at a time.
