Sushi is love. Leftover rice is not. You just don’t want to re-heat it again, it does not feel like pairing with dal and sabji (especially if it’s a Monday, because the world has lost all colours for another six days). So, what to do? Can you make sushi balls out of leftover rice and make Monday a surreal deal? Yes, you can.
