We all love our snacks, but the ones we love most are definitely not healthy! So, what alternatives do we have? Well, take a look at this reel from for_kandknife on Instagram and you might have found your snacking solution. You hardly need any ingredients for this simple recipe. Coconut water, khoi and hara chana are the base ingredients and the rest are what you need to make a tadka. You can use some peanuts in the tadka. Soak and mix the khoi well with the coconut water, add your tadka and hara chana and some lemon juice before mixing it all up. It barely requires effort and you can either have it as a full meal or in smaller portions as a snack.
