Take this Mango Sandesh Roll recipe for instance. Made with cottage cheese and spices like cardamom and saffron, this recipe combines the velvety texture of a sandesh with the fruity sweet notes of the mango. She makes logs of sandesh and wraps them in thin, sliced sheets of mango. Garnished with nuts and dried rose petals, this is a dessert best served cold!
