Weekends call for special munchies. And if it is a succulent and delicious mutton cutlet, which replicates the Indian Coffee House one, all we can say is — kya baat hai! Summer is going all guns blazing here in Kolkata and stopping by the iconic city eatery is difficult. But, trying out home chef Afshan’s Mutton Cutlet recipe is not. All you need is boneless mutton (not minced but chopped into small pieces), some ground spices, and follow the technique shared by Afshan in the reel. Pair the cutlets with your evening tea, or it’s wine o’ clock, your evening just got even better.
