Try this crunchy-munchy makhana recipe under 20 minutes

A quick and easy snack recipe that you can enjoy in between meals.

Ingredients:

  • Makhana: 100gm
  • Salted packaged peanuts: 20gm
  • Finely chopped onion: 1 large
  • Finely chopped green chillies: 2-3
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves: 3-4 tablespoons
  • Rock salt: 1-2 teaspoons
  • Chaat masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee: 2 tablespoons

Recipe:

  • Heat ghee in a kadhai and saute makhanas for 8-10 minutes
  • Add the peanuts and saute for another 3-4 minutes
  • Turn off the heat, put the makhanas and nuts in a mixing bowl and add chopped vegetables, salt and chaat masala
  • Mix well and dig in
