Who would have thought that Jamun and Pani Puri would make for such a good snack, and a pretty one too! Well, chef Pooja Munjani did and she also shared her recipe for the same. Instead of making the water only with a pani puri mix, she also blends in some Jamun (Indian blackberry) and other salts to pump up the taste. Adding water to this mix and keeping it cool with some ice finishes the preparation and now all you have to do is enjoy.

Although this recipe is being done with pani puri, would we try the same with our local Puchka? Maybe not! Though we are always up for a tangy kick, nothing can beat the taste of authentic Kolkata Phuchka, right?
