Attention Bengaluru peeps! If you’ve always been intrigued by Bengali food, (or are a Probashi craving the taste of home), Sienna Store & Cafe has a surprise for you. The Hindustan Park establishment, which is known for its distinct flavours, has partnered with The Conservatory for a pop-up at The Courtyard, Bangalore, from January 26 to 28. Titled Baajar to Table Experience, the pop-up will comprise a scrumptious 9-course Lunch and Dinner, personally curated by Chef Auroni Mookerjee. Some of the favourites include Deem-Makhon Bhaat, Crab Caramel, Tel Jhol Khichudi, and Mishti Doi Creme Caramel.
