Don’t miss the perfect summer carnival at Baghbazar Sarbojanin

Food, music and ‘adda’ — it’s three days of unlimited fun

Your weekend is about to get more fun with interesting activities. A summer carnival is brewing in Kolkata that celebrates Bangaliyana. The three-day carnival has activities for kids, adults and for senior citizens. From dance and drawing competitions to fashion shows and musical face-offs — the event will have outpouring participation from college students displaying their talents. Noted celebrities are also participating for an adda session, and each day will come to an end with a music concert. Plus, there’s an alpana zone and a prabhat pheri on Poila Baisakh morning. Adding more toppings to the carnival are food galore, handicrafts of Bengal and open mic. The event also aims to uphold the folk culture of Bengal. This is an association event with My Kolkata.

NOTE: The prabhat pheri is from 8am to 11am on April 14. The carnival begins from 1pm
