To clear up the biggest identity confusion in the country since the one between chowkidar and chor, the government of the world’s largest demagogue has issued a circular on when to use the words “Bharat” and “India”. Bharat is to be used when talking about everything positive in the country (in other words, the government), while India is to be used when talking about everything negative in the country (in other words, the Opposition; pun very much intended). For all official and logistical purposes, citizens must opt for Bharat over India, unless they wish to leave for whichever part of the planet was the first to call Bharat as India.

Meanwhile, lecturing at Sciences Po in Paris, Rahul Gandhi declares that the BJP’s definition of religion is as difficult to relate to as its definition of achhe din, before proceeding to translate one of the core tenets of the Sanskrit scriptures as “eternal discrimination”. Nationalists back home, who have more gomutra than blood in their system, are irate at Gandhi and promptly file 33 crore cases against the Congress dynast, one on behalf of each party they feel Gandhi has offended.
