Indian festivals can’t be celebrated without mithai. But making something different is always a challenge. While you can always have traditional gujiyas and jalebis, serving something a little hatke to your guests is always impressive. Kirti, who owns Sugarplum Cakery in Salt Lake, has come up with a Holi-special menu by the baking brand. The menu has everything from bento cakes to dessert boxes. The sweets queen lets out two of her recipes from the Holi menu!
