Criollo chocolates have been a part of the menu across major Craft Coffee outlets for quite some time now. However, this time the bean-to-bar chocolate gets the spotlight in the form of its very own dedicated cafe right off Park Street on Middleton Row. The space is dedicated to all things chocolate and has a vast menu of food and drinks for all tastes.
“Coffee and chocolate have a delicious compatibility. Cocoa and coffee beans both grow in warm climates and give subtle fruity notes. In addition, both of these beans go through different processes, giving coffee and chocolate lovers a lot of flexibility. As roasters we will keep curating iconic pairings in coffee and chocolate for our connoisseurs,” said Dipraj Das and Abhinav Kumar, co-founders, Craft Coffee & Criollo Cacao India.
