The Port, 1498: Inspired by the small town of Bandel in Hooghly district, this drink is a strong yet subtle mix of intense flavours like Bandel cheese and palm sap reduction paired with a whisky base.
Hastoshilpo: Bringing the two districts of Burdwan and Bankura together, is this Jim Beam Black- based drink that has been aged in earthenware with ghee-washed gobindobhog rice syrup and is served with the famous mihidana.
Aparajito: The vintage drink of gondhoraj ghol from Kolkata, has been reimagined and paired with vodka, accentuating the essence of the flavour and aroma of the gondhoraj.
