Winter and cricket go like strawberry and cream. As multiple cricket tournaments and leagues are hosted in pockets around Kolkata, Chandernagore plays host to a unique league of its own. Pather Sathi, a small group of regular co-passengers on local trains, which has now bloomed into an active and functional group of around 50 members and families in three years, is organising the 3rd edition of Pather Sathi Premier League from December 17.

With three teams and around 40 players who were roped in by the three teams, Bengal Lions, King Fighters and Royal Warriors through an auction, PSPL features players from a diverse age bracket of 20 to 60.
