Vande Bharat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off seven new Vande Bharat Express trains on Sunday. The Howrah-Rourkela Vande Bharat Express was one of them. The trains were flagged off virtually at 11am. A ceremony at Howrah station to mark the inauguration was attended by Bengal’s governor, C.V. Ananda Bose. Among the seven new trains, three belong to the Eastern Railway zone. These trains are Bhagalpur DumkaHowrah Vande Bharat Express, the DeogharVaranasi Vande Bharat Express and the GayaHowrah Vande Bharat Express.
