Ekru completed 20 years recently and they celebrated it with a pre-Diwali pop-up at their store in Bhowanipore. A bunch of women achievers made the occasion even more special. “For us, this label symbolises a lot more than merely a brand. We want these powerful women to always be in touch with their feminine side because we want women all over to acknowledge that it is their greatest strength. The purpose of the brand is to empower women to express this formidable yet delicate side. The intention of the pop-up was to get together these prominent and beautiful ladies and give them a pleasant evening where they prioritise themselves and have the independence to express themselves,” said Ruchira Kandhari and Ekta Jaipuria, founders, Ekru.
