British Council, Kolkata, celebrated a day of fun and frolic on March 26, Sunday, with children and parents alike at the British Council Carnival held at the British Council Library, which was especially curated for young minds

Debanjan Chakrabarti, director east and northeast India, British Council, addressed and audience and said, 'The idea of the library in the 21st century is very much about them being cultural spaces. From that perspective, the British Council Carnival was a fantastic opportunity for families to come together and celebrate the joy of learning and creativity'
