Birla High School (formerly known as Hindi High School) welcomed the batches of 1999 and 1974 back to the school campus, last month, for their annual reunion. While the batch of 1974 celebrated their golden jubilee, the batch of 1999 celebrated their silver jubilee. For the former students, the gathering was all about camaraderie and merriment. Before the formal celebrations began inside the school, the batch of 1999 that came dressed in blue hoodies with their school name printed on them, gathered at their favourite Nandu’s, a popular hangout near the school. This had been their regular adda den during their school days. The alumni members of both batches went on a school tour and pointed out their classes, benches and corridors to each other while reliving the memories of their school days. Glimpses:
