All Nobilian Alumni Association meeting in Ranchi resolves to conduct welfare activity

They get an opportunity to take a trip down memory lane

Altogether 20 alumni of different branches of De Nobili School in Digwadih, CMRI, Maithon, Mugma, Chandrapura, Sindri, Sijua etc settled in Ranchi and nearby districts who participated in third Annual General Meeting (AGM) Ranchi Chapter of All Nobilian Alumni Association-The Global decided to increase their ongoing welfare activities.

The participants belonging to different batches from 1987 to 2001 pass out batch earlier shared some lighter moments reliving their old memories participating in a quiz contest about the De Nobili Schools, introduction session, thought for day, felicitation of two alumni couple.

Talking to The Telegraph Online, Mayank Singh, a 1998 class (I Sc) Alumni of De Nobili School CMRI, who coordinated the event said “the day began this morning at Hotel Capitol Residency with the school prayer followed by the introduction session during which each of participants apprised the gathering about their present profession, family etc.

“A news session about the resent activities of the Alumni Association was held as part of meet during which the gathering was apprised about the branches, membership as well as about the recent activities of the different chapters of the association” said Singh and added that the participants including some doctors, engineers, geologists, HR consultants, lawyers, academicins as well as businessmen unanimously also resolved to increase their membership and expand the social activities .

As the participants also included three doctors including Dr Rohit a 2000 batch De Nobili CMRI, a Xillofacial Surgeon at RIMS Ranchi; Dr Navita Kumari , 1990 passout of De Nobili CMRI, a private physician at Ranchi and Dr Dr Namrata Sinha, 2001 passout of De Nobili Sijua it was unanimously decided to organize medical camps in different parts as part of the welfare activity of the association.

The programme concluded with a Holi Milan function during which the participants smearn, Abir and Gulal on each other's faces and played Holi.

Notably, the All Nobilian Alumni Association-The Global (ANAA-TG) after its core committee meeting held in Dhanbad on November 4, 2018 decided to contribute to social causes with the special focus on free of cost education, medical camps and environmental causes etc.
