While she was passing the busy Cuttack road, a truck from behind tried to overtake her. Even though she gave it passage, the truck hit the car from the side and extensively damaged it. Later the truck tried to flee.

Dutee told The Telegraph: “Luckily, I escaped unhurt. I was travelling with one of my friends. The truck diver started honking us near OMP square. After we gave way, he deliberately rammed into my car and tried to escape from the spot. I chased the truck for 1km and stopped my car in front of the vehicle. The truck stopped. But a few truck drivers congregated at the spot and abused me in obscene language. However, with the support of the public, we managed to call the police.”

Dutee added: “A case has been lodged at the police station. I purchased the BMW for 1 crore. Both the doors have suffered extensive damage.”
