Communist Party Congress: Beijing under tight security

Ahead of the all-important Chinese Communist Party congress that begins on October 16, 'Neighborhood Security Volunteers' have been placed along every corner of the Beijing street. The authorities and militia members are on strict vigil. Their one and only mission is to make sure that nothing disrupts the congress meeting.
