Bihar: Nitish Kumar takes oath as Chief Minister, Tejashwi Yadav steps in as deputy for second time

In another volte-face, the ever-ebullient Nitish Kumar has switched loyalties - having shunned BJP, he is now back in the Mahagathbandhan fold. The man who now reportedly nourishes Prime Ministerial ambitions, was sworn in as Bihar CM for the eighth time. RJD's Tejashwi Yadav also took oath as his Deputy.
